Bucks County Road Routes and Trails

Strava – a free site that contains more than 60 loop routes, maps and cue sheets, on Bucks County back-roads. The majority of the routes are located on flat or rolling hills, low traffic, scenic, country roads. Membership to Strava is free and is easy to join. You can map your own rides as a member.

Levittown Bike Trails – offers maps of bike routes in Lower Bucks County (Levittown area). This site uses MapMyRide and is free to join and use.

The Delaware River Canals – PA has the D&L Canal and towpath and NJ has D&R Canal and towpath. Bike Bucks County offers a printable map and brochure of these canals.

Doylestown Community Bike and Hike System is a network of 16 miles of completed trails and side-paths for use by bicyclists and pedestrians that connects local parks and attractions.

Bristol Spurline Park – includes portion of Delaware Canal towpath and Conrail train line. Bristol, PA.

Bucks County Parks – This site provides a list of the county parks, their locations, amenities, and printable maps.

Tyler State Park in the Newtown Area offers trails for bicyclists and hikers.

Thirteen Covered Bridges of Bucks County are still in existence. The site below provides descriptions and directions to each bridge.

The Circuit is a network of hundreds of miles of multi-use trails that connect our communities, providing endless opportunities for recreating and commuting. Philadelphia and the 4 PA counties have trails that are part of the Circuit.
